Phil graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and articled with KPMG in Saskatoon where he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1996. Phil joined HED in September 1997 and became a partner in 2002.
Phil, and his wife, Donna, reside in Spruce Grove together with their three children (Christie, Tyson, and Asha).
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and hockey, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
